soom.fans is run by soom tech. By using the site you accept the terms on this page. If you don't, please don't use it.

soom is a free random picker, for making decisions and for fun. Every result comes down to chance alone, and every option has the same odds, except on a promo wheel, where the shop sets how many of each prize there are.

How the draw works is explained at soom.fans/en/fair.

Results, fortune sticks and the daily reading are entertainment, not financial, medical, legal or any other advice. What you decide afterwards is up to you.

• Use soom for gambling, lotteries or anything illegal.
• Put unlawful, defamatory or harassing content, or other people's personal data without their consent, into lists, shared links or gift exchanges.
• Try to break into the system, guess PINs or codes, send requests at an unusual rate, or slow the site down for others.
• Pretend to be soom, or make people believe a result was drawn by soom when it wasn't.

The lists and words you type are yours, and you are responsible for them. Anyone with a shared link can open it.

Links last as long as the privacy notice says. We may remove a link or content that breaks these terms, or that someone reports as infringing their rights, without notice.

Signing in is optional and only needed for some things, such as keeping My lists, organising a gift exchange or making a promo wheel. You can delete your account on the site at any time.

If an account is used against these terms, we may suspend or delete it.

soom only does the drawing. The organiser sets the rules, looks after the gifts or prizes and hands them over. soom doesn't give any prizes and isn't responsible for arrangements or disputes between the organiser and the people taking part.

• The shop runs the promotion and is solely responsible for the prizes, how many there are, the conditions and giving them to customers.
• If the shop's promotion needs a permit or has to follow any law, such as the rules on prize draws for sales promotion, that is the shop's responsibility.
• The shop must keep its PIN with its staff. A spin unlocked with the correct PIN counts as approved by the shop.
• Wheel data deletes itself after the period stated in the privacy notice. If the shop needs records for longer, it must keep them itself.

Sponsors' logos, answers and discount codes come from the sponsors. Their offers follow the sponsors' own conditions, and no sponsor can change the odds of a draw.

We provide the service as it is. The site may go down, be slow or contain mistakes, and we may change or stop parts of it without notice.

As far as the law allows, soom isn't liable for losses that come from decisions based on a result, from the site being unavailable, or from disputes about prizes.

The soom name, the soomi logo, the design and the code of this site belong to soom tech. You're welcome to save and share pictures of your results, but not to use the name or logo in a way that suggests you are soom.

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
